What is your return policy

Returns can be processed online. If you need any assistance, please call our help line +27 (10) 9004671 or send an email to service@odrin.com and we will be happy to assist you.

You can return a product(s) to us within 14 days of delivery or collection with no charge provided that they meet the following criteria:

  • Product is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
  • Item is packed in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return, if the product is returned damaged, not in a re-sellable condition or missing any accessories.

I would like to exchange an item, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different color or item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

New orders are not eligible for any discounts or promotions that were applied to the original order.

When will I be refunded?

Once we have inspected the returned product and validated it, the money will be refunded back to the form of payment you used to pay for the order, unless you specify that you would like to receive store credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

What happens if you send me the wrong order?

Sorry about that. If you receive the wrong item, please call us on +27 (10) 9004671 or e-mail us at service@odrin.com with your order information and our dedicated team will assist you.  Please contact the Odrin team with your order information. We will send you a shipping label to return the product and will resend you the correct item with no shipping charges applied

What happens if my item is damaged or defective?

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact the Odrin team by e-maling service@odrin.com with the following information:

– Your order number

– Photographs of your damaged or defective product

– Your shipping address

We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to right the situation for you.

Why is my credit card payment not going through?

Check that your card number, card name and expiry date are all entered exactly as they appear on the front of your card.

Also, check that your 3-digit CVC number on the back of the card is entered correctly.

Where is my order? Can I track the status of my order?

You sure can. We’ll keep you updated via email about the status of your order. Depending on the shipping method used, you will be able to track the status of your order. while we complete your order. You can also log into your profile to view your order history, and your tracking number (depending on shipping method) will be available to view.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following destinations

– South Africa

– Nigeria

– United States

– United Kingdom

However, international shipping to other countries can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you would like to order our products from a country other than the aforementioned ones, kindly contact us by either calling +27 (10) 9004671 or send us an e-mail at service@odrin.co.za so we can advise you on the way forward.

Please be informed that we plan to expand our reach to other countries in the near future.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! If you would like to pick up your order from our showroom as opposed to having it delivered, simply select ‘collect order’ at checkout.

After picking up my order in store, can I return my item(s)?

Of course you can. That’s one of the benefits of collecting your order. You can instantly return or exchange your purchase right there in the store. Our personal stylists are always happy to help.

How often will I recieve a selection?

Personal styling is now a subscription service. You can decide how often you would like to receive a selection.

Does personal styling cost money?

Personal styling is free for all Odrin members.
